Our Story

A company founded on good vibes. When Jamie and Ross met it was immediately apparent that these were two halves of the same whole. Each with a very different background in music, their skill sets and knowledge complimented the other. Jamie’s globally valuable insights were routed in the major label world having spent 15 years at Universal Music specialising in International Marketing. Ross on the other hand had been exploring his entrepreneurial calling through record labels, event promotion, festival programming, venue and artist management. Cast in honesty, hard work and self belief, the shape of Whole Entertainment emerged as a rock for its clients and a beacon for the industry.

Whole Management exists to inspire, develop and represent talent throughout the entertainment industry and connect them with their audiences. Our utopian vision is to bring people together through entertainment to create a better world which is why we are committed to also driving climate action from within the industry.

Our goal is to accelerate change, inspire transformation and ensure that the entertainment industry is on a path to a sustainable future and be leaders in sustainable creative and cultural marketing, innovation and entertainment. Whole Management’s aim is to become a carbon negative company by better understanding our impact and taking action to reduce our carbon footprint through systemic company changes.

Company Founded

Company co-founded by Jamie Hole, Chairperson (ex Universal International Marketing Director, 15 years) and Ross Patel, CEO.

2016

Executive Team

Backed by Universal Music Group ex-CEO of Universal Music International music industry veteran, Max Hole, who also joins as non-exec board member.

72,973,680 Million streams, 110 shows performed and 58 tracks released in 2021 alone.
